PICKUP PROCESS
Prepare Your Supplies for Pickup
After verification, we will schedule a pickup at your location and a driver will pay you cash and collect your supplies
Ensure Your Supplies Meet Our Criteria
Send us pictures of your supplies to verify they meet our criteria, including being unopened, unsealed, not expired, and not labeled 'Medicare/Medicaid Use Only'.
Get Confirmation of Verification
Once we receive your pictures, we will review them and provide confirmation of verification.
MAIL-IN PROCESS
Step 1: Request a Kit
Give us a call to request your free mail kit. Just provide your name, address, and contact information. You'll receive your kit within 2 to 8 business days.
Your Kit Includes:
- A copy of our Terms & Conditions
- Additional packaging instructions
- A prepaid shipping label and Priority Mail Box
Step 2: Send Your Items
- Place the items you are selling in the prepaid box.
- Cushion the interior with newspaper or tissue paper to protect the contents during shipping.
- The prepaid return label is already on the box, with a tracking number you can use on USPS.com.
- We take photos of every box we receive during the inspection process and encourage you to do the same.
Step 3: Get Cash
We offer same-day payment processing. Once we verify the brand and condition of your supplies, we send your payment.
Payment Options:
- Choose Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or a paper check.
- For security, CGM device payments are sent via check, arriving within 8 business days.
Payout Conditions
- Make sure all boxes are factory sealed and unexpired.
- We prefer test strips that are 10+ months from their expiration date.
- We cannot take boxes provided by Medicaid, Medicare, or any other government assistance program. (These are typically indicated by an orange label)
- If there are any stickers or labels on the box, please leave them on. (Our professional staff will remove them. If you attempt to remove the labels, damage caused to the box by improper removal of a sticker may disqualify your strips for purchase.)
